SHARON STANLIK NURSING SCHOLARSHIP
The Sharon Stanlik Nursing Scholarship was established in 2006 in loving memory of Sharon’s mother Virginia Plewa who passed away at Appleton Medical Center. Appleton Medical Center Foundation along with William and Sharon Stanlik are proud to offer this scholarship opportunity through the generosity of the Sharon Stanlik Endowment Fund. One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to an area student who is pursing a Nursing Degree.
Criteria:
- a.) An incoming freshman registering as full-time and taking credits applicable to the nursing degree.
OR
b.) A current college student or nurse who is continuing his/her education toward either a bachelor’s degree in nursing or an advanced degree.
- Applicants must be a resident of Winnebago, Outagamie, Calumet, Waupaca, Waushara, Green Lake or Fond du Lac counties.
Requirements:
- A formal letter of application
- Transcripts
- Two letters of reference
- ACT/SAT scores or Resume
- Nursing program enrollment documentation
