Appleton Medical Center Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Appleton Medical Center in support of its mission. The Foundation Board of Directors is comprised of community representatives who work to create and support healthcare initiatives at the Hospital. We are successful through private donations, corporate and planned giving as well as special event fundraising. Our donors are critical components in helping us to improve the health of the communities we serve.
The mission of the Appleton Medical Center Foundation is to support Appleton Medical Center and those activities, programs, equipment and facilities that promote health and wellness through the acquisition, investment and allocation of charitable donations.
The Appleton Medical Center Foundation will be the recognized and trusted philanthropic organization supporting health care in the communities served by Appleton Medical Center.
The Appleton Medical Center Foundation is a 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation whose objective is to enhance funds and community awareness for the health services provided by Appleton Medical Center.
